Your event, specifically

A swap meet is two audiences at once.

Sellers renting spaces, buyers deciding if it's worth the drive. The site has to serve both.

01

The space-sales grind

Every space sold starts the same way: what does it cost, how big is it, is power included, where is it. Answering that forty times by DM is a part-time job. Publishing it once is a website.

Published pricing sells spaces alone.

02

The worth-the-drive question

Buyers drive an hour for a good swap meet and zero minutes for a mystery. Dates, hours, admission, and photos of past rows tell them what they're getting before dawn on Saturday.

Photos of full rows fill next year's rows.

03

The stale-page trap

A Facebook page whose last post is from the spring meet reads as "maybe canceled." A site with a countdown to the next date reads as alive — and it updates itself.

The countdown does the reassuring.

What a swap meet site gets from me.

Everything on the standard build, tuned for spaces and stalls.

Vendor spaces that sell themselves

Space sizes, pricing, what's included, setup times, and an application that lands in your inbox complete — what they're selling, how many spaces, power or not. If you assign from a map, the map lives on the site so vendors ask for the right row instead of "somewhere good."

Straight answers

Swap meet website questions

What should a swap meet website have on it?

For sellers: space sizes and pricing, what's included, setup times, and an application that doesn't require a phone call. For buyers: dates, hours, admission, parking, and what kind of stuff shows up — because "is it worth the drive" is the whole question. Both answered on one site, updated when things change.

Can vendors book spaces through the site?

Yes. On the Show Platform tier, vendor and swap space applications are built in — space size, what they're selling, power needs — and land in your inbox complete. If you assign spaces from a map, the map lives on the site so vendors know what they're asking for.

Our swap meet runs twice a year. Does a website make sense?

That's exactly when it does. Between meets, the site is how new vendors find you and how buyers check the next date — a Facebook page from last spring tells them nothing. The countdown updates itself, and season plans are priced yearly so you're not paying monthly for a twice-a-year event.

What if the date changes or weather cancels a day?

You text me and the announcement goes up across the site that day — or add the announcement banner with organizer login and post it yourself. Every vendor and buyer sees the same answer at the same time.

Can we just buy the site outright?

Yes. Add $900 to the build and it's yours — every file, the domain in your name, your own hosting set up, no recurring fees. Changes after that are $250 per round. Or take a season plan from $600/yr and I keep it current for you.

See it before you pay for it.

I build the real, finished site first — you look it over before the balance is due. Tell me your dates and how your meet runs, and I'll come back the same day with a real number.
